The Eckermann Property Forms Administration System manages the Form 1 Process Flow for creating and amending Agents, Vendors, new Form 1 Requests and tracking and managing the day-to-day workflow associated with managing Form 1s by Eckermann Property Forms team members.
The system tracks the progression of a Form 1 file through the Form 1 Process Flow, recording changes in the status of individual files, including recording when payment for the Form 1 has been received. Depending on the status chosen, various options will be generated by the system for sending correspondence to Vendors or Agents, uploading documents to individual files as required and amending file details.
Agent members are able to access an abridged version of the Eckermann Property Forms Administration System (known externally as the ‘EF Portal’) for reviewing the status of a Form 1 file.
As individual Form 1 files are visible to relevant Agent members, it is essential that information entered into the System is accurate and correct.
